The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) invites you to Leadership Connection, 17-20 September 2016, in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

The first two days, 17-18 September, will provide intensive training sessions for chapter leaders on topics such as effective recruitment, program planning, budgeting, planning an induction, and much more. This is a great opportunity for your chapter to cultivate future leaders and ensure chapter sustainability. There will also be many opportunities to network with other chapter leaders and discuss your chapter’s best practices. 

The next portion of the event, 19-20 September is for nurses to gain leadership skills for their personal and professional lives.
