Enroll as a Mentee

Before finding a mentor or coach that fits your needs, enroll as a mentee. 

Complete your enrollment by making selections for each of the demographics below to set your preferences. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for you to find your best match.

By completing this application, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the Career Mentoring and Coaching Program from the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International.

Terms and Conditions:
Indemnity. Participants in the Career Mentoring and Coaching Program hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigma for any claims, injuries, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, or settlements, including all reasonable related costs and expenses such as attorney fees, arising as a result, whether direct or indirect, of any asserted or implied obligation of said participant stemming from any act, omission or obligation of or by such participant or its agents, employees, or subcontractors resulting from their participation in the aforementioned program. 

Participants agree to complete the evaluations throughout enrollment in the program. 

What's Next?

Be sure to hit the "Save" button, above, to complete your enrollment. As a Mentee, your next step is to "Search for a Mentor or Coach" that may be best suited to you. Once you have found the Mentor or Coach, click on the “Send Mentor Request” button on their profile page to request a match. Once the Mentor or Coach has agreed to the match, it is your responsibility to begin dialogue with the Mentor or Coach. You can easily begin your dialogue by sending a message through The Circle by clicking the “Send Message” button.

You can access the "Mentee Goal Setting Worksheet" here. You can use this worksheet to keep track of your goals and the progress you make during your professional development journey.
